Kuwait Condemns Israeli Attacks on Damascus Presidential Palace, Urges International Accountability

Kuwait has strongly denounced a recent Israeli military raid near the Presidential Palace in Damascus. The incident prompted a swift response from the Foreign Ministry, which described the strike as a clear violation of Syria’s sovereignty.

In an official statement, the ministry stated that no security justification permits such cross-border aggression. The government emphasized that sovereignty remains a foundational principle under international law.

Kuwait condemns Israeli attacks that target sovereign institutions and civilian zones in neighboring countries. The latest raid in Damascus has renewed concerns about regional stability and the growing frequency of military escalations.

Moreover, the ministry urged the global community to act decisively. It called on international organizations to fulfill both legal and humanitarian duties. Without urgent intervention, the statement warned, ongoing violations will endanger broader regional security.

Officials said repeated strikes undermine efforts to restore peace in the Middle East. The ministry emphasized that allowing such actions sets a dangerous precedent.

Kuwait condemns Israeli attacks not only in Syria but across the region. It reaffirmed its unwavering stance on respecting national borders and defending territorial integrity.

The statement also reiterated Kuwait’s support for Syria’s unity and sovereignty. It stressed that preserving Syria’s stability benefits the entire Arab world.

According to the ministry, repeated violations must stop immediately. The international community, it said, must no longer remain silent.

As tensions rise, Kuwait condemns Israeli attacks as part of a broader call for justice. The government insists that military operations under vague security claims cannot excuse breaches of international norms.

Kuwait concluded its statement by encouraging diplomatic dialogue. It called for peaceful solutions that prioritize sovereignty, stability, and human rights throughout the region.
