At the 7th Medical Laboratories Conference, experts and health leaders highlighted how Kuwait medical laboratories are driving progress in diagnostics, treatment, and disease prevention. The Minister of Health, Ahmad Al-Awadhi, opened the conference by underscoring that medical laboratories are the cornerstone of any advanced healthcare system. Conference organizing committee head, Ibtisam Juma, described the event as a strategic platform connecting research and clinical practice. Juma shared that hematology laboratories in Kuwait handle millions of samples every year, performing over seven million tests in 2025 alone.
