Saudi Arabia’s aid agency, KSrelief, continues its humanitarian efforts by delivering 6,195 food parcels to vulnerable communities. This initiative is part of the Etaam Ramadan food basket project, which aims to support those in need during the holy month.
In Burkina Faso, KSrelief provided 1,000 food parcels to families in Zabre, helping 6,000 individuals. Meanwhile, 80 parcels reached Peqin, Albania, ensuring food security for struggling families. In Mauritania, 565 families in Nouakchott benefited from 3,390 parcels, easing their hardship.
Pakistan also received significant aid. KSrelief distributed 3,800 parcels to families in Balochistan, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. This assistance helped nearly 29,000 people. Additional aid reached Bangladesh, with 250 food packages delivered to Nawabganj. Guinea’s capital, Conakry, received 500 parcels to support families facing food insecurity.
The Etaam project is now in its fourth phase. It aims to distribute 390,109 food parcels across 27 countries during Ramadan. This large-scale initiative will benefit 2.3 million people and costs over SR67 million ($17.87 million).
KSrelief remains committed to global humanitarian efforts, ensuring that food reaches the most vulnerable populations.
