BASREC Extends Help to Abdulrahman Kanoo Social Club

Bahrain Ship Repairing and Engineering Company (BASREC) has taken another strong step toward supporting elderly care. The company recently provided financial assistance to the Abdulrahman Kanoo Social Club for Elderly Care. This initiative reflects BASREC’s continued commitment to social and humanitarian causes in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The support will help fund the club’s community activities. These include programs that promote active aging and positive social involvement for the elderly. The donation also strengthens the connection between the corporate sector and vital community services.

Ms. Narjes Al Mosawi, BASREC’s Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer, personally handed over the support. She presented it to Mr. Abdulrahman Baker, the Club Director, during a small but meaningful ceremony.

Mr. Baker expressed sincere gratitude toward BASREC’s Board of Directors. He praised the company’s ongoing efforts in supporting elderly care and applauded its role in uplifting community-based organizations.

Additionally, Ms. Al Mosawi emphasized the importance of partnerships in sustainable social development. She stated that BASREC believes in community support, unity, and giving back to society. According to her, this initiative aligns with the company’s broader strategy for long-term social impact.

The Abdulrahman Kanoo Social Club is a respected name in elderly care across Bahrain. It runs programs that promote dignity, inclusion, and respect for the elderly. Their work not only improves lives but also strengthens social bonds within the community.

BASREC’s action is more than charity—it is a commitment to supporting elderly care through strategic collaboration. With this support, the club can continue its work with renewed energy and expanded reach.
