Bahrain’s Show Jumping Progress Gains International Recognition

Manama – Bahrain’s show jumping scene continues to flourish, with its growing success resonating internationally. Under the patronage of Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Royal Bahrain Equestrian and Endurance Federation is preparing to host a prestigious international show jumping championship. The event is set to take place at the Raffa Arena of the Military Sports Federation from February 12 to 15.

Sheikh Nasser emphasized the steady growth and achievements of show jumping in Bahrain, noting its increasing prominence on the global stage. He highlighted the significance of these competitions in providing a platform for riders to demonstrate their skills and technical expertise.

The advancements in equestrian sports have been bolstered by the leadership of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with continued support from Crown Prince and Prime Minister Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Their dedication to the sport has contributed to its ongoing development and success.

Sheikh Nasser also commended the efforts of Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his commitment to promoting sports initiatives in Bahrain through his leadership roles.

He further expressed appreciation for the Royal Federation, led by Sheikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, and the collective efforts of its members in enhancing the sport of show jumping.

Sheikh Nasser extended his best wishes to all participating riders, emphasizing the championship’s significance in shaping future international opportunities for Bahrain’s equestrian athletes.
