Bahraini-Russian Relations Strengthen Through Continued Cooperation

Bahraini-Russian relations continue to flourish, thanks to strong leadership and mutual support. The Kingdom of Bahrain and the Russian Federation have witnessed remarkable growth in their ties, underscoring the ongoing commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation.

The Chairman of the Shura Council highlighted the growing and tangible strength of the relationship between Bahrain and Russia. He emphasized that this development is a result of the continuous efforts and vision of the leadership in both countries. The cooperation reflects the depth of the strategic and development partnerships that have been formed over time. These partnerships are seen as a testament to the long-standing friendship between the two nations.

The Speaker of the Shura Council pointed to the significant visit of Bahrain’s King to Russia in May of last year. This historic trip solidified the bond between the countries, opening doors to new opportunities for joint ventures. The visit not only underscored the historical relationship but also set the stage for building on previous achievements in various sectors.

During a meeting held in Bahrain, the Speaker of the Shura Council welcomed a delegation from the Russian-Bahraini Parliamentary Friendship Group. This visit, he noted, plays a crucial role in strengthening the bilateral ties and advancing common interests. The Shura Council remains committed to working closely with Russia, especially in areas such as politics, culture, and tourism. There is also a focus on parliamentary cooperation, which includes aligning positions on global issues that concern both nations.

The Shura Council Chairman praised Russia’s growth across different sectors, recognizing the country’s rich cultural and social heritage. This recognition is not only for Russia’s past achievements but also for its future potential.

Both countries continue to explore new ways to enhance their cooperation. The Shura Council remains hopeful that such visits will continue at all levels, leading to further joint action. The aim is to benefit both nations and their people through deeper collaboration.

The Chairman of the Russian-Bahraini Parliamentary Friendship Group expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality received in Bahrain. He shared the delegation’s appreciation for the progress they observed in the Kingdom. Their visit provided a platform to discuss initiatives that could further enhance cooperation, particularly in education and tourism.

In summary, Bahraini-Russian ties continue to grow stronger, with leaders from both sides committed to deepening cooperation in key areas.
