Bahraini-Pakistani Partnerships Reflect Historical Ties

Chairman of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, highlighted the significance of the strategic partnerships that unite Bahrain and Pakistan. He praised the fruitful cooperation between the two countries, which has flourished due to the ongoing support from Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Pakistan’s leadership. Al Saleh made these remarks during his meeting with Yousuf Raza Gilani, Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan. The meeting was attended by prominent members of the Shura Council, including MP Ahmed Sabah Al-Saloum, Dr. Abdulaziz Hassan Abul, and Dr. Hani Ali Al-Saati. It took place on the sidelines of the Executive Council meeting and the 15th General Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Strengthening Bilateral Relations

During the meeting, Al Saleh emphasized the sustainability of the growing Bahraini-Pakistani relationship. He noted the continuous commitment of both countries to expand cooperation and coordination in various sectors that benefit their peoples.
