Bahraini Companies Showcase Innovation at LEAP 2025

A total of 23 Bahraini companies are taking part in the LEAP 2025 exhibition in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a key technology event in the region.

During his visit to Bahrain’s pavilion at the event, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, highlighted the strong strategic ties between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He emphasized the progress in communications, information technology, and digital transformation under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The minister commended the participation of Bahraini startups specializing in communications and IT, reaffirming Bahrain’s commitment to fostering a supportive regulatory environment for entrepreneurs. He noted that Bahrain continues to implement progressive policies to enhance infrastructure and improve the quality of technology services, aligning with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.

This exhibition provides Bahraini companies with a valuable opportunity to expand their presence in the technology sector and introduce innovative products and services.

Ali Al-Halawa, a financial markets expert and CEO of a participating company, described Bahrain’s involvement in LEAP 2025 as a step towards strengthening economic integration and solidifying Bahrain’s position as a regional technology hub.

Another participant, Mohammed Riyadh, emphasized that LEAP 2025 serves as a vital platform connecting leading technology firms, investors, and governments, reinforcing Bahrain’s dedication to advancing the technology sector and enhancing its influence in the regional market.
