The Bahraini Administrators Association has launched “The Compass of Success: More Than 100 Tips for Young People in Life and Work,” the organisation’s first collaborative publication, bringing together the expertise of nine Bahraini authors.
The book was unveiled during a ceremony held under the patronage of Dr Abdulhussain Ali Mirza, Honorary President of the association, and attended by government officials, academics, media representatives and members of the organisation.
Designed as a practical guide for young people, the publication features more than 100 pieces of advice covering leadership, management, entrepreneurship, personal development, decision-making and career success. The association said the project aims to preserve national expertise by transforming years of professional experience into accessible knowledge for future generations.
Luluah Al Mutlaq said the initiative reflects the association’s commitment to investing in people by sharing the knowledge and experience of its members. She described human development and knowledge transfer as key pillars of sustainable national progress.
Speaking on behalf of the authors, Khaled Al-Hassan said the book was created to present practical lessons in clear and accessible language, encouraging young people to embrace continuous learning, take initiative and prepare for future leadership roles.
The event also recognised individuals and committees who contributed to the publication before concluding with a book-signing session, where attendees praised the initiative as a valuable addition to Bahrain’s knowledge and cultural landscape.
