Bahrain’s Chief of Staff of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, received Brig. Gen. Musaed Haji Al Khayyat, Kuwait’s newly appointed military attaché to Bahrain, during a meeting marking the start of his diplomatic assignment.
Lt. Gen. Sheikh Abdulaziz welcomed the Kuwaiti official and wished him success in his new role. He also praised the longstanding ties between Bahrain and Kuwait, highlighting the close cooperation and coordination between the two countries, particularly in the military and security sectors.
The meeting underscored the strong fraternal relations shared by the two Gulf nations and their commitment to expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Brig. Gen. Al Khayyat thanked the National Guard chief for the warm reception and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening military cooperation and enhancing coordination between Bahrain and Kuwait in support of their shared interests.
