Bahrain has launched the preparatory phase of the Basair Program to strengthen young people’s Islamic knowledge. The opening session took place at Al-Hassan Mosque in Al-Busaiteen on November 1, 2025, drawing over 600 students. However, learners of all ages attended, showing the community’s strong interest in Islamic knowledge. Scholars and students gathered in a lively and spiritually uplifting atmosphere to begin this educational journey.
During the session, Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Hajri delivered a moving talk on achieving a happy and meaningful life. He shared practical advice on living with faith, practicing patience, and keeping a pure heart. Students received clear guidance on applying Islamic knowledge to their studies and daily life.
The Basair Program combines memorizing texts with understanding lessons. This method helps students gain a deeper grasp of Islamic knowledge while keeping learning practical. A team of respected scholars supervises the program, and the General Directorate of Sunni Endowments supports it generously.
