Bahrain continues its efforts to promote a culture of dialogue as part of its broader vision for peace. The President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs welcomed members of the Ta’ayush Association for Tolerance and Interfaith Coexistence at his office.
During the meeting, the Ta’ayush team presented a book titled In the Hospitality of the King of Peace. The publication outlines Bahrain’s leadership in dialogue, highlighting key visits by global religious leaders. These include the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and the late Pope Francis.
The President praised the association’s work, noting its efforts to promote a culture of dialogue both locally and internationally. He emphasized Bahrain’s position as a beacon of religious harmony and cultural openness in the region.
According to him, the association’s programs play a key role in strengthening mutual respect among different communities. They also reflect Bahrain’s humanitarian and national commitment to peaceful coexistence.
