Bahrain boosts public access through electronic reporting by organizing a specialized training workshop at the General Secretariat of Grievances. The event, held in cooperation with the Public Security Presidency for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, introduced participants to the Hukumati app. This session aimed to strengthen the public’s ability to file complaints through easy and secure digital platforms.

During the workshop, experts provided detailed guidance on how to submit electronic reports. They explained how the Hukumati app works, including registration steps, data requirements, and tips for submitting accurate information. These insights help users avoid delays and ensure that reports reach the right authorities quickly.

Participants also gained hands-on experience. They learned how to professionally use the system, respond to requests, and manage reports effectively. This training ensures that users are not only aware of the tools available but also capable of using them efficiently.

Ghada Hameed Habib, Secretary-General of the Ombudsman, emphasized the importance of digital transformation in public service. She noted that this initiative reflects a strong partnership with the Ministry of Interior and supports Bahrain’s commitment to modern governance.
