The Amir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, met with Indian Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and his accompanying delegation in New Delhi on Tuesday. The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral ties and exploring avenues for further cooperation between the two nations. Both sides also exchanged views on various regional and international issues of mutual interest.
HH the Amir also held talks with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President and India’s Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Jagat Prakash Nadda. The meeting centered on enhancing collaboration, particularly in the fields of healthcare and medical services. Additionally, they discussed broader topics of shared interest.
The meetings were attended by Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani. Members of the official Qatari delegation also attended.
