Qatar Leadership Center celebrates graduation of 12th batch

Under the patronage of the Chairperson of the Qatar Leadership Center (QLC), the Center celebrated the graduation of its 12th batch of 2025. This batch included 142 national graduates representing various government and private entities.

The ceremony witnessed the graduation of 127 participants from the National Leadership Programmes. In addition, there were 15 graduates from the Executive Master’s Programme in Leadership.

The event was attended by ministers, senior officials, faculty members, and the graduates’ families. It was led by the QLC Chairperson and the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In her speech, the QLC Chairperson addressed the Center’s role in supporting the national vision toward a knowledge-based economy. She noted that this celebration is not merely an individual honour. It is a reflection of a national commitment to cultivating leaders.

“Leadership is not a position; it is an inspiration for others to dream, learn, and work… The nation believes in you and awaits your creativity,” she said.

She also emphasised the values ​​of leadership: “Leadership is integrity in stance, courage in change, steadfastness in crises, and humility in success.” This year’s graduates were described as a continuation of the country’s development journey. They contribute to preserving its gains and help to realise the national vision for the future.
