World leaders have commended the Sultanate of Oman for successfully hosting the latest round of talks between the United States and Iran. The meeting took place in Muscat on Saturday and brought together senior officials from both sides.

Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, hosted and facilitated the meeting. Officials described the talks as productive and constructive. Both parties agreed to continue discussions during another session next Saturday.
The Arab Republic of Egypt also praised Oman’s mediation. Egyptian leaders applauded Oman’s consistent commitment to promoting dialogue and peace in the region. They stressed that political solutions, not military action, offer the only viable path forward.

Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Abbas Araghchi also thanked Oman. He said the talks in Muscat took place in a respectful and constructive environment. He credited Oman for its key role in promoting dialogue and peace.
Both Iranian and American officials agreed to continue working toward common ground in the coming days.
