The site covers 122,000 square meters and features a variety of amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, retail outlets, a cinema, and a family entertainment center. The development also offers 117 residential units and 63 luxury hotel apartments under Fraser Suites Al Liwan. Strategically located near the King Fahd Causeway, it attracts both local and international visitors.
