Tamkeen Supports Career Growth for Bahraini Employees at Al-Maskati Brothers & Partners

The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has announced new career development support for 40 Bahraini employees at Al-Maskati Brothers & Partners. This initiative includes wage increases for 35 employees and leadership training for five individuals. Through the Wage Increase Program and Leadership Employment Program, Tamkeen aims to strengthen national talent in the private sector.

Al-Maskati Brothers & Partners will also receive financial support from Tamkeen. This funding will help the company expand operations, increase production, and enhance business growth. By investing in workforce development, the company ensures a strong foundation for future success.

Mr. Khalid Al Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at Tamkeen, emphasized the importance of supporting Bahraini professionals.
