Al-Hajri Honors Winners of National Guard’s Quran Memorization Competition

Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Hajri honored the winners of the National Guard’s Quran Memorization and Recitation Competition. The ceremony took place at Sakhir Camp Mosque, gathering officers, non-commissioned officers, and National Guard members. The event celebrated those who demonstrated excellence in Quran memorization and recitation.

Every year, the National Guard organizes this competition during Ramadan. Members and their children participate, showcasing their dedication to mastering the Quran. His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, President of the National Guard, supports this initiative. His Excellency Lieutenant General Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, Director of Staff, also plays a key role in overseeing its development.

Sheikh Al-Hajri highlighted the importance of Quranic recitation in Bahrain. He praised the country’s continuous efforts to teach proper recitation to all generations. The National Guard’s Quran Memorization and Recitation Competition encourages participants to deepen their understanding of the holy book.
