UAE Hospitality Training Deal Boosts Talent Growth

A leading hospitality education provider and a luxury hotel brand have signed a partnership in the United Arab Emirates aimed at strengthening practical training and developing future talent for the country’s growing tourism sector.

Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches and Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre have agreed a memorandum of understanding that will provide students with direct access to hands-on experience in a high-end hotel environment.

The initiative includes structured internships, executive mentorship, and specialist masterclasses designed to bridge the gap between academic study and real-world hospitality operations.

Under the agreement, students will be placed in one of Dubai’s flagship luxury hotels, where they will gain exposure to international service standards and day-to-day operational practices in the hospitality industry.

The partnership also aims to integrate Emirati hospitality values with global luxury service models, reflecting the UAE’s broader ambitions to position itself as a leading global tourism hub.

Alongside student training, the collaboration will allow hotel staff to benefit from leadership development opportunities and academic input, creating a two-way exchange between industry and education.

Officials from both institutions said the agreement is intended to enhance workforce readiness and support the UAE’s long-term strategy to develop a highly skilled hospitality sector capable of meeting international standards.
