Oman Bids Farewell To Indonesian Ambassador

The Sultanate of Oman has bid farewell to the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, marking the end of his diplomatic mission in the country.

    On behalf of the Sultan of Oman, Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of the Sultan, received the ambassador in Muscat on Tuesday.

    During the meeting, the envoy expressed his gratitude for the support he received throughout his tenure, saying it enabled him to carry out his duties effectively. He also extended his well wishes to the Sultan and the people of Oman, wishing continued progress and prosperity.

    Sayyid Asa’ad, in turn, praised the ambassador’s efforts in strengthening relations between Oman and Indonesia, and wished him success in his future assignments.

    Officials said the meeting reflects the close diplomatic ties between the two friendly nations and ongoing cooperation across various fields.
