UTAS Board Advances Academic and Sustainable Development Plans

The UTAS academic board convened for its third meeting of the 2025-2026 academic year in Muscat. The board discussed university progress, future plans, and sustainable development integration. Moreover, it emphasized improving policies to align with Oman Vision 2040.

The meeting was chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences. Members reviewed preparations for UTAS’s inclusion in the QS World University Rankings. They also endorsed graduates for the fall semester and approved the admission plan for the 2026-2027 academic year.
