Racing excitement rises again in Bahrain as fans prepare for another thrilling weekend. The new race card brings strong entries, fast horses, and intense competition. The Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club in Riffa continues to attract loyal crowds every Friday. Moreover, each race day adds more momentum to the season. Racing excitement rises as the seventh race of the 2025–2026 season approaches. The National Bank of Bahrain sponsors this week’s program, which starts on Friday, December 5.
The seventh race features deep fields across all distances. In addition, several owners entered strong horses, which increases expectations for close finishes. The variety of categories also brings more excitement for fans, since each race highlights a different class. Racing excitement rises again as the list shows tough matchups in every heat.
The opening race lasts 1400 meters and welcomes purebred Bahraini Arabian horses. The lineup includes Al Jalabi M1117, Al Shawaf 1921, Kroushan M1121, Kuhailan Al Adiyat 1915, Maloulshan 1912, Musnan 1927, Musnan M1155, Al Ma’naqi 1971, Kroushan M1173, Kuhailan Afas 1970, Al Rabda 1920, Al Shuwaima 1911, and Al Suwaitiya M1123.
The second race covers 1400 meters for imported Class 4 and Maiden horses. Adhan, Cranky Hill, Mujtahid, Hardtail, Eight Avenue, Tolerance, Najm Al Dar, Gina, and Serpto Princess aim for the cup.
The third race spans 1000 meters for Bahrain-bred Maiden horses. Moreover, the entries include Azz Al Bahrain, Qasham, Mubashir, Deham, Budva, Janahi, Lahayeb, Anwar, Shehana, Aryaf, Al Basma, Safouf, Elo Monty, Anfal, Berlin, Najma, and Princess Dean.
The fourth race stretches 1600 meters for imported runners. Catherine Parr, Glen Savage, Asimov, Patiford Boy, Aviano, Abres Dark, and Lecles Destiny will compete.
The fifth race covers 2000 meters with Gimme Shelter, Miss Yvonne, Hot Dancer, El Introvertedo, Laser Guided, and Monty Bay fighting for the cup.
The sixth race also spans 2000 meters but welcomes Bahrain-bred horses. Mudallal, Hercules, Epic, Al Nader, and Mannequin aim for a strong finish.
The seventh race tests Class 4 and Maiden Bahrain-bred horses over 1800 meters. The runners include The Minder, Yazman, Fatal Obsession, Aquila, Al Nayla, Dalail, Pyram, Mishwar, Golden Arrow, Talqa, as well as Paris.
The eighth and final race ends the day with 2400 meters for imported handicap horses. Night of the Throne, Illuminated, Harbor Spirit, Musafir, Bur Gatori, Jarham, Fourth Time Lucky, and Big Wood Mike complete the program.
