Bahrain’s Youth Shine in “Qadha” Program, Building Leadership and Team Spirit

The “Qadha” program continues to inspire young Bahrainis, teaching them the importance of patriotism, sacrifice, and collaboration. By focusing on building leadership and teamwork, participants described the experience as a life-changing journey that strengthened their leadership and problem-solving skills. The program’s focus on building resilience and teamwork has made it a model for youth development across the country.

Abdullah Ahmed Albi, a program participant, called “Qadha” one of the most increasing experiences of his life. He explained that the program pushed him to develop personal and professional skills, enhance teamwork, and tackle challenges under pressure. “Despite the program’s challenges, the trainers and staff provided consistent guidance and support,” Abdullah added, calling attention to the program’s focus on mentorship and skill-building in building leadership and teamwork.

Another participant, Hussam Al-Sadiq, emphasized how “Qadha” reshaped his perspective on fitness, discipline, and perseverance. “I realized that physical fitness alone does not guarantee success in the program,” he said. Hussam described how enduring mental and physical challenges taught him patience, self-discipline, and respect for the military’s role in society. He added that the program helped him value life’s privileges and approach challenges with a positive mindset, thus building leadership and teamwork.

Raed Al-Dosari also shared how the program strengthened his confidence and sense of national loyalty. He explained, “Qadha taught me to overcome obstacles while working as part of a team.” The experience reinforced the importance of discipline, commitment, and collaboration, while fostering a spirit of patriotism and dedication to one’s country. Building leadership and teamwork is central to these values.

Another participant, Ihsan Abdulmajid Al-Saati, highlighted the program’s intensity and professionalism. As a seasoned athlete and coach, he expected some challenges, yet “Qadha” exceeded his expectations. He noted that the trainers tested both physical and psychological endurance, preparing participants for real-life scenarios and teamwork under pressure.

Participants consistently praised the program for its careful planning, structure, and focus on growth. They focused on that each activity reinforced leadership, resilience, and loyalty, creating a lasting impact. The “Qadha” program continues to stand as a national example of cultivating youth potential and preparing them to contribute meaningfully to society.
