Additionally, Kuwait contributed to formulating the Nine Safety Solutions internationally. It implemented the Pharmacovigilance Program for medicine safety. Health personnel must complete specialized training in cardiac resuscitation. The Medical Professions Law No. 70 of 2020 safeguards both patient and practitioner rights.
