Bahrain Endowment Sector Development Emphasized in Supreme Council Meeting

Bahrain endowment sector development took center stage during a recent meeting at the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs. The President of the Council received Yousef bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaffari Endowments Council, along with Abduljalil Ali Al-Haiki, the newly appointed Director-General of Jaffari Endowments.

During the meeting, the President congratulated Abduljalil Ali Al-Haiki on receiving royal trust through his appointment. He wished him success in fulfilling his new responsibilities and serving the community effectively.

The President also praised the efforts of the Jaffari Endowments Council in supporting society and developing endowment resources. He stressed the importance of advancing the endowment system through best governance practices and transparent operations. Additionally, he highlighted the role of modern technologies in improving endowment investment and management. Such progress, he explained, will strengthen solidarity and encourage a culture of giving in Bahrain.

In response, Yousef bin Saleh Al Saleh expressed his gratitude to the Supreme Council for its continuous support. He acknowledged the valuable guidance and close follow-up provided for all endowment activities. He confirmed the Council’s commitment to working closely with the General Directorate of Endowments to ensure continued progress.

Abduljalil Ali Al-Haiki also shared his appreciation for the trust placed in him. He commended the President’s dedication to the endowment sector and his consistent efforts to promote its noble objectives. He pledged to work collaboratively to enhance the sector’s performance and expand its community impact.

The discussion underscored the shared vision between the Supreme Council and the Jaffari Endowments Council. Both parties aim to improve governance, maximize resource use, and integrate technological solutions into endowment management. These steps align with Bahrain’s wider goals for sustainable community development.

Bahrain endowment sector development remains a top priority for these institutions. By combining strategic leadership, effective governance, and innovative solutions, they are set to strengthen the sector’s role in supporting charitable initiatives and fostering social cohesion.

Overall, the meeting highlighted a unified commitment to ensuring the endowment sector’s growth. Bahrain endowment sector development will continue to focus on transparency, efficiency, and community service in the years ahead.
