Mobile Branch for Housing Finance Brings Services Closer to Bahraini Citizens

The Mobile Branch for Housing Finance opened at the Avenues Mall in Bahrain, aiming to provide direct access to housing services. From August 1 to August 5, the initiative runs daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Citizens can visit the mobile unit located at Gate 1 for expert consultations.

This initiative comes as part of Bahrain’s broader effort to improve housing access and promote digital real estate tools. Organizers emphasized the goal of educating the public on housing finance options. Visitors can receive personal advice and explore financing programs available through local banks.

Notably, the Mobile Branch for Housing Finance includes the Housing Bank, which offers support and customized financial solutions. Bank advisors help visitors choose the best financing options based on their needs and eligibility. Citizens can also explore financing opportunities using the “Bayti Real Estate” platform’s digital calculator.

In addition to consultations, the platform features various property options, including apartments, plots, and residential units. These properties are distributed across Bahrain’s governorates. As part of the “Tas’heel” and “Tas’heel+” programs, and the newer “Mazaya” program, users can review suitable options that align with their financing plans.

Furthermore, the digital display allows users to take virtual tours of real estate projects. This feature enables citizens to explore properties without needing to visit physical locations. Organizers plan to expand the Mobile Branch for Housing Finance to more areas across the Kingdom, following a scheduled rollout.

Previously, Bahrain hosted housing finance exhibitions at City Centre Bahrain. The government also launched the Social Housing Innovation Conference to boost public awareness. These ongoing efforts aim to simplify the housing journey and reach more citizens with practical services.

By combining in-person support with digital tools, Bahrain continues to strengthen access to affordable housing for all.
