Land for Citizens in Daih Marks Housing Progress in Bahrain

Housing progress in Bahrain has taken a significant step forward with a new land distribution initiative in Daih. This project reflects true cooperation between the government and parliament. It also proves how promises can become concrete results.

Recently, over 100 citizens from the Third District in the Capital Governorate secured plots under the Ministry of Housing’s land and loan project. Some plots reach 320 square meters and occupy prime corners. Their value can go as high as BD120,000. This achievement stands as proof of housing progress in Bahrain.

Moreover, citizens who once hoped for housing in East Sitra or Salman City now gain land in their own neighborhoods. They also receive a BD40,000 soft loan to help with construction costs. People with higher salaries must repay the full BD40,000 to the Housing Bank. However, citizens earning less return only BD20,000.

This housing progress in Bahrain did not happen randomly. Instead, it results from intense collaboration. The Ministry of Finance and National Economy joined forces with the Ministry of Housing and the Legislative Council. Together, they worked tirelessly to deliver this outcome in record time.

During past elections, parliament member Mamdouh Al-Saleh announced this project. Critics doubted its possibility and suspected the land might go to private developers instead. Back then, reports claimed the land could be sold and re-listed in the market. Yet, today, this initiative confirms the land belongs to citizens, not speculators.

Furthermore, this project challenges anyone who claims Parliament is ineffective. Actions now speak louder than words. Government and parliament together push for real change. They refuse to let citizens down.

Beyond individual plots, this development represents a strategic shift. It demonstrates that housing progress in Bahrain is a priority. It also showcases that parliament and government can work in harmony.

Such achievements highlight genuine commitment to citizens’ welfare. They prove that parliamentary efforts extend beyond speeches and slogans. Indeed, the Daih project tells a powerful story through numbers, real estate, and official maps.

In conclusion, housing progress in Bahrain shines as a model of cooperation. Citizens now benefit from tangible improvements in their living conditions. The government and parliament stand united in delivering meaningful change for the people.
