Waseef announces start of leasing at women’s accommodation ‘Barwa Al Baraha’

Waseef, a leading property management and marketing company, has announced the start of leasing activities at its new residential project, Ladies’ Accommodation – Barwa Al Baraha. The project is part of its continued effort to elevate living standards for workers. It aligns with the company’s strategic focus on providing high-quality housing solutions.

Managed and operated by Waseef on behalf of Barwa Real Estate Group, the new accommodation is designed specifically for working women. It offers a safe, comfortable, and fully serviced environment. It is aimed at local companies and institutions employing large numbers of female staff.

The four-storey building includes 133 fully furnished and spacious rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ventilation systems. The facility also features 22 toilets and 36 shower rooms. Communal areas with televisions are provided on every floor. It also includes a service elevator and advanced security systems, such as fire detection and suppression.

To meet the diverse needs of residents, the complex includes amenities such as commercial shops and outdoor sports courts (football, basketball, and cricket). Green spaces, ATMs, a financial remittance center, and dining halls are also available. Additional facilities include a health clinic, restaurants, grocery stores, and electronics shops.

Strategically located in the Industrial Area, just 13 kilometers from Doha, the project benefits from proximity to key transportation routes, including Al Majd Road. The enhanced highway network connects the accommodation to various parts of the country via the Seventh Ring Road. Salwa Road, Dukhan Road, and the North Road provide additional connectivity. Public transportation services further improve accessibility.

Waseef emphasized that the project aims to offer female workers and employees a high standard of living at competitive rental rates. The company is currently in discussions with several Qatari companies and institutions for bulk leasing options.
