Truck Accident Partially Closes Road To Salalah

Oman’s Royal Police have advised motorists to exercise caution after a truck overturned on the road leading to Salalah, causing a partial closure of the route.

The accident occurred on Aqabat Al Yasmin in Dhofar Governorate, where the truck overturned and blocked part of the downhill lane toward Salalah.

Authorities said traffic has been partially affected while the scene is being managed.

The Royal Oman Police urged drivers using the route to remain alert, follow traffic instructions and observe defensive driving practices until the road is fully reopened.

No injuries or further details about the cause of the accident were immediately announced.
