Sultan of Oman Sends Condolences to Kuwait

The Sultan of Oman has sent a message of condolences to Kuwait following the passing of Sheikh Fahad Sabah Al Nasser Al Mubarak Al Sabah. The message was directed to Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
