Sheikh Hamdan Honours Dubai’s Digital Service Leaders

Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum has recognised several Dubai government entities for their achievements in digital transformation, highlighting efforts to modernise public services and improve customer experience across the emirate.

The awards were presented as part of the 2025 Hamdan Bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services, which recognises initiatives supporting Dubai’s 360 Services policy aimed at delivering fully proactive and automated government services.

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, led by Saeed Al Tayer, received the prestigious Hamdan Flag for its contribution to digital transformation. The Dubai Land Department won the Best Pioneering Initiative Award.

Meanwhile, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai received the Best Digital City Experience Award, while the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and DP World were recognised with the Shared Digital Channels Award.

In a post on social media, Sheikh Hamdan said Dubai has transformed more than 1,474 government services since launching the 360 Services policy three years ago. He praised government teams for creating more integrated services that reduce the time, effort and costs required by customers.

He added that Dubai remains committed to building a government that is more responsive to people’s needs while continuing to set global standards in digital public service delivery.
