His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, arrived in India on an official visit. This visit aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two nations.
Upon arrival in New Delhi, Sheikh Hamdan was received by India’s Minister of State for Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Tourism, Suresh Gopi. He was also greeted with a ceremonial guard of honour, reflecting the significance of his first official visit to India.
Indian officials emphasized the importance of Sheikh Hamdan’s visit as a new chapter in UAE-India partnership. Randhir Jaiswal from India’s Ministry of External Affairs described the Crown Prince’s arrival as a “significant milestone.” This visit marks a turning point in relations between the two countries.
