Shake Shack Brings Dubai-Inspired Chocolate Pistachio Shake to Select U.S. Cities

Shake Shack has launched a new limited-edition dessert—the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake—at select locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. The shake draws inspiration from the viral Dubai chocolate bar, which rose to international fame earlier this year for its luxurious fusion of pistachio cream and knafeh.

Crafted with real pistachio frozen custard, the shake is blended with toasted kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), encased in a crackable dark chocolate shell, and finished with a topping of chopped pistachios and more crunchy kataifi. The rich textures and layered flavors are designed to replicate the original Middle Eastern dessert that captivated global food enthusiasts on social media.

After debuting in Middle Eastern Shake Shack branches in February, the shake’s rapid rise in popularity has led to its introduction in the U.S. However, due to its premium ingredients and intricate preparation, availability is limited. Participating locations will serve a set number of shakes each day, available for in-person purchase only.
