Saudi Arabia is preparing to showcase its culture, heritage, and national transformation at Expo 2025 Osaka, with the Kingdom’s pavilion ready to welcome visitors starting Sunday, April 13.
Ahead of the official opening, Saudi Ambassador to Japan and Commissioner General of the Kingdom’s Pavilion, Dr. Ghazi Binzagr, toured the pavilion to review final preparations. During his visit, he examined the visitor experience and praised the efforts made to reflect Saudi Arabia’s identity and forward-looking vision.
The pavilion offers a deep look into the Kingdom’s rich history and cultural legacy while also focusing on its ongoing transformation under Saudi Vision 2030. Organizers say the display reflects both tradition and ambition, combining the past with bold future aspirations.
Expo 2025 Osaka will run until October 13, and the Saudi pavilion promises to be one of the major attractions. It is set to host over 700 events throughout the exhibition period. These include musical and theatrical performances, film screenings, live art shows, and storytelling sessions, along with a variety of cultural and artistic activities.
The Kingdom aims to use the global platform to present a modern image that is still rooted in its heritage. The pavilion blends interactive technology with immersive storytelling to engage international audiences and offer a true taste of Saudi identity.
As the world prepares to gather in Osaka, Saudi Arabia looks to build new cultural and economic bridges through its vibrant presence at the expo. The pavilion’s rich program and compelling design reflect the spirit of Vision 2030—highlighting growth, innovation, and global cooperation.
