The Saudi Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission has officially inaugurated the Kingdom’s pavilion at the Muscat International Book Fair 2025, held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center from April 24 to May 3.
This year’s edition of the fair features participation from 35 countries and 674 publishing houses.
Saudi Arabia’s participation is being led by the Commission in collaboration with a number of prominent cultural and academic institutions, including:
- King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language
- King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah)
- King Abdulaziz Public Library
- Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance
- King Fahd Quran Printing Complex
- Taibah University
The initiative highlights the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening cultural ties with Oman and promoting investment in the cultural and publishing sectors, in alignment with the goals of Vision 2030.
The Saudi pavilion features a range of cultural exhibitions, books, and interactive programs aimed at enhancing regional cooperation and showcasing the Kingdom’s literary and intellectual contributions.
