Saudi Arabia has voiced strong condemnation of Israel’s expanding military actions in both northern and southern Gaza, characterizing the escalation as a clear intensification of occupation across significant portions of the territory.
In a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kingdom criticized the latest developments as a violation of international norms and a major obstacle to peace efforts in the region. The ministry stressed that such actions defy the collective will of the international community and run counter to principles enshrined in international humanitarian law and the United Nations Charter.
Reaffirming its position, Saudi Arabia reiterated its categorical rejection of ground operations carried out by Israeli forces, warning that the continued offensives endanger civilian lives and exacerbate the already severe humanitarian crisis facing Gaza’s population.
The statement further highlighted the dangers of sustained “unjustified and blatant violations,” labeling them as not only breaches of international law but also as direct attacks on the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. The Kingdom called for urgent international intervention to halt the violence and support efforts toward a just and lasting resolution.
