Saudi and China Discuss Stronger Economic Cooperation

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met Chinese Vice President Han Zheng in Beijing on Tuesday to discuss bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

According to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the talks focused on expanding collaboration, particularly in the economic and investment sectors, as both sides seek to deepen their strategic partnership.

The officials also reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close coordination on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

Several senior Saudi officials accompanied Prince Faisal during the meeting, which took place as part of his official visit to China.

Saudi Arabia and China have continued to strengthen ties in recent years through growing trade, investment and political cooperation.
