Riyadh to Host Second Edition of Saudi Fashion Awards Celebrating Industry Innovators

The Saudi Fashion Commission will host the highly anticipated second edition of the Saudi Fashion Awards on May 22 in the capital, spotlighting the creative forces driving the Kingdom’s rising influence in the global fashion and beauty landscape.

This year’s ceremony will honor designers, stylists, photographers, and entrepreneurs whose work has redefined Saudi Arabia’s presence on international runways and red carpets. According to organizers, the awards aim to recognize “visionaries, creatives, and entrepreneurs shaping Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing influence in the international fashion and beauty industries.”

Categories include Fashion Stylist of the Year, Fashion Photographer of the Year (in partnership with Hia Magazine), Menswear Brand of the Year, Womenswear Brand of the Year, Jewelry Brand of the Year, and the Elite Model Honorary Award for Model of the Year.

The esteemed judging panel features global industry leaders such as celebrity stylist Law Roach; Amanda Smith, CEO of Fairchild Media Group and WWD; Burak Çakmak, CEO of the Saudi Fashion Commission; Xavier Romatet, Dean of Institut Français de la Mode; Mohammed Aldabbageh, Managing Director of Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia; and Mai Badr, Editor-in-Chief of Hia Magazine.

“Riyadh is proudly emerging as the capital of fashion, beauty, and the future of the creative industries in the region,” said Çakmak. “Its transformation from promise to global presence reflects the ingenuity and dedication of a new generation of trailblazers redefining regional and international fashion standards.”
