Doha, Qatar – The Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra (QPO) will present its annual community concert in collaboration with the Qatar Music Academy (QMA) on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 7 PM at Katara’s Opera House.
The event will feature a dynamic blend of young soloists from QMA, the Qatar Youth Orchestra, the Masters Takht, and the String Orchestra. They will perform alongside professional musicians from the QPO. The concert will showcase classical masterpieces by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Mendelssohn, Camille Saint-Saëns, and more.
QPO Executive Director, Kurt Meister, emphasized the concert’s significance:
