QLM and Aspetar Form Strategic Partnership to Enhance Healthcare Services

Doha – In a significant move to improve healthcare accessibility in Qatar, QLM Life and Medical Insurance Company has entered into a strategic alliance with Aspetar, the renowned orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital. This collaboration introduces direct billing services for QLM’s “Prestige” plan members. This grants them seamless access to Aspetar’s specialized medical facilities.

Under this agreement, QLM will provide direct billing services at Aspetar starting March 1. This integrates its insurance expertise with Aspetar’s advanced medical care. Aspetar is recognized for its excellence in orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, and rehabilitation. Therefore, this partnership is a key milestone in Qatar’s healthcare sector.

Fahad Mohammed Al Suwaidi, CEO of QLM, emphasized the impact of this agreement, stating, “This collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering client-focused healthcare solutions. By offering direct billing services at Aspetar, we are not only simplifying access to top-tier medical care. We are also reinforcing QLM’s leadership in Qatar’s health insurance sector.”

Aspetar’s Acting Director General, Khalid Ali Al Mawlawi, expressed similar enthusiasm. He noted, “This partnership enables us to extend our specialized healthcare services to a wider segment of Qatar’s population. Working with QLM will ensure that both citizens and residents can benefit from world-class medical treatments with greater ease.”
