QIC and Alfardan Automotive Sign MoU to Enhance Digital Car Services

DOHA – Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Alfardan Automotive to enhance digital car services in Qatar. This partnership aims to integrate advanced digital solutions, improving accessibility and convenience for car owners and drivers across the country.

The agreement unites QIC’s expertise in digital insurance with Alfardan Automotive’s leadership in the automotive sector. Together, they plan to redefine customer experience by streamlining car-related services through digital innovation.

As part of this collaboration, motorists will be able to access Alfardan Automotive’s services directly through the award-winning QIC App. This integration will allow users to manage their car-related needs with greater ease and efficiency.

Salem Al Mannai, Group CEO of QIC, emphasized the significance of this partnership. “This agreement is a major step toward developing the region’s first insurance-powered digital ecosystem. Our goal is to provide seamless, reliable, and high-quality digital services to all car owners in Qatar,” he stated.

Dr. Ma’n Alhamawi, CEO of Alfardan Automotive, highlighted the growing role of digital transformation in the automotive industry. “This collaboration allows us to integrate advanced technology with our premium services, enhancing customer experience. We are committed to setting new standards for digital innovation in Qatar’s automotive sector,” he said.

Through this MoU, both companies aim to introduce new ways for customers to interact with automotive services, improving efficiency and convenience. The partnership reflects a shared vision of leveraging technology to enhance service quality and redefine car ownership experiences in Qatar.
