Doha, Qatar – The Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) and Qatar Manpower Solutions (Jusour) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It is aimed at advancing Qatar’s employment landscape through workforce development and innovative job placement programs.
The agreement underscores a shared commitment to strengthening Qatar’s labor market by fostering opportunities for both local and international talent. This reinforces the country’s status as a global hub for skilled professionals.
Strategic Collaboration for Workforce Growth
The MoU was signed by QFZ CEO Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Faisal Al Thani and Jusour CEO Eng. AbdAlhadi Bakheet Barqan at the Business Innovation Park in Ras Bufontas Free Zone. The signing occurred in the presence of senior officials from both entities.
The partnership will establish impactful frameworks for employment solutions. Plans will align with Qatar’s goals for sustainable workforce growth and economic diversification.
As part of the initiative, Jusour will set up an office within the Investor Relations Center at the Business Innovation Park. This office will assist companies with recruitment through platforms like “Sahem” and “Tawzeef”. It will also support investors with residency and labor requirements.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Faisal Al Thani stated:
“This strategic partnership with Jusour marks a vital step toward building an exceptional and flexible job market that meets the evolving needs of Qatar’s economy. The Jusour office at the Investor Relations Center will play a crucial role in attracting skilled talent, streamlining recruitment processes, and enhancing workforce capabilities in Qatar’s free zones.”
He emphasized that the collaboration would create a workforce model that improves the recruitment process. This will solidify Qatar as a top destination for job seekers and professionals.
Meanwhile, Eng. AbdAlhadi Bakheet Barqan expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, stating:
“The MoU reflects Jusour’s commitment to expanding partnerships and providing comprehensive support for job seekers and employers in Qatar. Through our collaboration with QFZ, we will introduce innovative employment solutions that contribute to Qatar’s economic development.”
