Dubai, UAE – Qatar’s Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, HE Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, participated in the World Governments Summit 2025 in Dubai on Wednesday. He emphasized Qatar’s commitment to digital justice and legal innovation.
