Riyadh: ROSHN, the state-owned property developer, is integrating artificial intelligence (AI) across its operations to enhance efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive sustainability efforts.
Pablo Sanz, executive director of digital products at ROSHN, shared insights at the LEAP 2025 technology conference in Riyadh, highlighting how AI is being deployed to streamline processes and provide better services. “We are deploying multiple AI agents to serve you better or solve your problems in a more convenient way,” Sanz said, noting that the move is part of a broader strategy to simplify operations and improve accessibility for customers.
AI tools at ROSHN are being used to create 3D models of buildings, automate procurement processes, and enhance construction workflows. This approach not only reduces waste but also boosts efficiency in building smarter, more sustainable communities.
The company’s collaboration with Google Cloud aims to further enhance AI capabilities, driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring ROSHN’s developments align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for smart, sustainable cities.
Sanz emphasized, “AI is changing how we do a lot of things. The human touch is still important, but AI enables us to work faster and make processes more convenient in many areas, from customer interactions to supplier relationships.”
As part of its ambitious plans, ROSHN aims to build fully integrated communities in nine cities across Saudi Arabia, contributing to the Kingdom’s goal of achieving 70 percent homeownership by 2030.
