Oman Muscat Marathon 2025: Biggest Most Inclusive Event Yet

The Experience Oman Muscat Marathon 2025 is fast approaching, with excitement growing for this premier event. Scheduled for February 21-22, 2025, this year’s marathon will be the largest and most diverse yet. In partnership with Al Mouj Muscat as the founding partner and host venue, the marathon continues to gain recognition as a top event in Oman.

Thousands of runners from all over the world are ready to participate. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-timer, the Experience Oman Muscat Marathon 2025 has something for everyone. The event offers several races catering to all levels. These include the 42KM full marathon, the 21KM half marathon, a 10KM race, a 5KM race, Kids’ Races, and the 2.5KM Fun Run.

The Fun Run, sponsored by Ooredoo, is a non-competitive, family-friendly event. It invites participants of all ages and abilities to enjoy a relaxed and scenic run through Muscat. This race is all about fun and participation, not competition.

Azzan AlBusaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Tourism, emphasized the significance of the marathon. He said, “We are proud to support the Experience Oman Muscat Marathon 2025. This event not only highlights Oman’s beauty and rich culture but also aligns with our Vision 2040.”

The Experience Oman Muscat Marathon 2025 plays a key role in promoting sports tourism in Oman. It encourages health, wellness, and sportsmanship. It also positions Oman as a growing hub for sports tourism.
