New Mosque Opens at Avenues Mall, Promoting Faith and Community

Bahrain continues enhancing spiritual spaces in Bahrain with the opening of a new mosque at Avenues Mall in Manama. The inauguration was led by Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futais Al Hajri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council.

During the ceremony, several Avenues Mall officials attended to witness the special occasion. Dr. Al Hajri highlighted the importance of building mosques throughout the country. He noted that as urban areas expand, so does the need for accessible places of worship.

Moreover, the mosque’s location within Bahrain’s most modern shopping mall reflects this growing demand. It allows worshippers to easily perform prayers during their daily routines. Dr. Al Hajri emphasized how enhancing spiritual spaces in Bahrain benefits both residents and visitors.

He also praised the strong support from the nation’s leadership. King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has consistently backed efforts to build and maintain mosques. In addition, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa remains committed to aiding religious institutions.

Such leadership ensures the smooth development of these important community centers. It also shows dedication to preserving cultural and religious values. Therefore, enhancing spiritual spaces in Bahrain remains a national priority.

The newly opened mosque includes a prayer hall for men and a separate hall for women. Additionally, service areas are available to support worshippers’ needs.

In conclusion, this mosque reflects Bahrain’s ongoing focus on religious infrastructure. As urban life grows, so must spaces for reflection and faith. With strong leadership and public support, Bahrain sets a clear example of how to balance development and tradition.
