MoPH launches service to file objections to food establishment inspection results

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has launched a new e-service through the Watheq electronic food safety system. This service enables food establishments to file objections to inspection results, enforcement decisions, or laboratory findings.

With this addition, the total number of services offered by the system has reached 20. The initiative is aimed at enhancing transparency and strengthening cooperation between regulatory authorities and food establishments. This includes warehouses, restaurants, and factories.
