Lebanon’s Tourism Minister Showcases Commitment to Strengthening Lebanon’s Tourism Sector at Arabian Travel Market 2025

Tourism Minister Laura Al-Khazen Lahoud participated Tuesday in the opening of the Arabian Travel Market 2025 in Dubai. Her involvement underscores Lebanon’s commitment to strengthening Lebanon’s tourism sector.
The event featured 2,800 exhibitors and gathered 55,000 tourism experts from 166 countries around the world.

During the sidelines, Lahoud met with Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation.
The discussions concluded with a pledge to increase direct flights between Dubai and Beirut, boosting connectivity.

Additionally, Lahoud engaged with top tourism officials from the UAE and Saudi Arabia to explore deeper cooperation opportunities.
She emphasized Lebanon’s readiness to welcome visitors and the importance of strengthening Lebanon’s tourism sector.

In a series of media interviews, the Tourism Minister outlined Lebanon’s new year-round tourism strategy.

Moreover, Lahoud visited the Lebanese pavilion at the Arabian Travel Market, meeting with Lebanese exhibitors directly.
