Kuwait Commemorates Its Brave Martyrs with Pride and Honor on National and Liberation Days

On the occasion of Kuwait’s 64th National Day and 34th Liberation Day, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah extended his heartfelt congratulations to the citizens and residents of Kuwait. In his message, His Highness expressed his deep appreciation for the joy and happiness shown by the people during these significant occasions, highlighting the unity and national spirit that embody the country’s devotion to its sovereignty and freedom.

His Highness the Amir emphasized the importance of recognizing the blessing of liberation bestowed upon Kuwait, a nation that has emerged from adversity enjoying peace, security, and stability. He urged his fellow citizens to continue working together with unwavering dedication to advance the country’s development and prosperity.

Additionally, His Highness acknowledged the efforts of Kuwait’s security agencies, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense, and the National Guard, whose work ensures the country’s security and peaceful atmosphere. He also commended the involvement of other key government entities such as the Permanent Committee for National Day Celebrations, the Ministry of Information and Culture, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Kuwait Fire Force, and the Kuwait Municipality. His Highness praised the extensive media coverage that helped showcase Kuwait’s civilized and progressive face to the world.

In his message, His Highness reflected with pride on the sacrifices of Kuwait’s martyrs, whose lives were laid down in defense of the homeland. He prayed for their eternal peace and honored their memory, asking for God’s mercy and forgiveness for those who gave their lives for Kuwait’s freedom.

The Amir also expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and other Arab and friendly nations for their support and shared celebrations during Kuwait’s national holidays. He highlighted the strong bonds that unite Kuwait with the GCC and other countries, emphasizing the importance of these fraternal relations in ensuring mutual security and prosperity.

His Highness concluded his message by praying for Kuwait’s continued security, stability, and prosperity, and for the success of all efforts to serve and elevate the nation to new heights.
